We will announce the recipients Fall, 2019.

We have tried to make this application quick and easy for you to complete and for us to evaluate.

For most of the information, you just have to type (or write) in an ‘X’ in the appropriate cell.  For example, in School Citizenship, if you were on the student council, put an X under the role you had.

Where you need to provide a description, keep it to no more than two sentences.  For example, in School Citizenship, under the impact on the school or students, describe the activity, the impact and why it was important in no more than two sentences each.  And please don’t try to add more information by making them run-on sentences – thanks!

Where we ask for the hours you spent, if you don’t know the exact number, please put in your best estimate.

You can add lines to capture all that you did.  For example, in School Citizenship, School Spirit, if you participated in three activities in grade 10, add in two more lines.

Thanks for your interest in our scholarships and bursary.

We look forward to receiving your application.
