Africa Tales

Our very own Jamie Kyles will tell us stories of his time in Africa.  He spent 5 months in Darfur in 2007 working iwth the AU peace keeping force and has been doing volunteer work in Tanzania and other countries for 12 years after that.  With VSO/CUSO and a national Tanzanian NGO, he developed a smallholder farming project in 2008-2009 and received $150,000 USD in 2010 in a UNEP competition.  The original donor committee to a second identical project for $200,000 USD which is half-way implemented and Jamie is working on funding his 3rd project. 

Jamie will regale us with funny / informative stories about my experiences and the path that led to these exciting projects.
