Bowker Creek Restoration Project

Lindsey will address the stewardship of the restoration project and has a cool time-lapse photo of the Oak Bay High creek restoration project 45 seconds long that should be a hit.  Dave Murray will provide some colour commentary on the engineering aspects of the creek restoration.

Lindsey McCrank is the Assistant Harbours and Watershed Coordinator for the CRD. In this role she coordinates three stewardship initiatives in the capital region: the Bowker Creek Initiative, the Gorge Waterway Initiative, and the Esquimalt Lagoon Stewardship Initiative. Lindsey has a background in biology, environmental education, and sustainable urban planning. She is originally from Alberta and moved to Victoria four years ago with her husband and three young daughters.
