Bruce Hallsor is the Managing Partner at British Columbia’s oldest law firm with a successful commercial practice.  Bruce was named among the “Top 40 under 40” for Vancouver Island in 2007.  He has been awarded the Sovereign’s medal for Volunteers, as well as the King’s Coronation medal and the Queen’s Golden and  Diamond Jubilee medals for community service.    Bruce was awarded a Queen’s Counsel designation in 2016.  In 2023, Bruce was awarded the Victoria Bar Association contribution to the law award for groundbreaking work in the field of environmental law.  In 2024, Bruce won the Canadian Taxpoayer’s federation “Taxfighter” Award, for his legal work in the taxation field.

Bruce is a spokesperson for the western branch of the Monarchist League of Canada.
