ICA - Refugee Resettlement

The purpose of the Inter-Cultural Association of Greater Victoria (ICA) is to support the full integration of newcomer immigrants and refugees into the social, economic and civic life of the Capital Region of British Columbia.

Sabine Lehr is an associate faculty member in the School of Leadership Studies.  Outside her academic work, Lehr manages the Private Sponsorship of Refugees Program at the Inter-Cultural Association of Greater Victoria. Her research focus is immigration and refugee issues. Lehr is a member of the Executive of the Canadian Council for Refugees and a member of the Council of the Sponsorship Agreement Holders Association of Canada.
