Police Chief Fiona Wilson’s Top Five List

Chief Fiona Wilson has over 26 years of policing experience and currently serves as the Chief Constable of the Victoria Police Department (VicPD). She was appointed Chief in 2025, bringing with her a distinguished career of service and leadership with the Vancouver Police Department (VPD). Chief Wilson will discuss what she feels are her top five challenges and what her plan is for addressing them.
