Transportation, Today and The Future

Saanich Mayor Dean Murdock was born in Richmond, grew up in Saanich; attending Royal Oak and Claremont Schools.  He is married with two children, a coffee-drinker, cyclist, runner, and guitar player.  Career paths include  Instructor (Political Science), Camosun College,  Provincial Lead, Healthy Communities, BC Ministry of Health & Project Manager, BC Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure.

Mayor Murdock will discuss the draft Quadra McKenzie Plan, including the concept for rapid transit on the corridor, and other key Council strategic priorities.

• Election of Officers and Board Directors for the Rotary Year 2025-26.
