He holds a BA from UBC Okanagan and an MA from the University of Victoria. Keith will speak about the financial picture the new Council inherited, the fiscal challenges faced including the YMCA, PFC, and their extreme embrace of Public Private Partnerships. Keith will finish the conversation with some positive about what is being done and "how we (I) see the city fiscally moving forward."
