This Committee is a joint effort of the Rotary Club of Victoria-Harbourside and the Harbourside Foundation. Applications for funding are accepted from B.C. registered charities between January and March each year. The funding process involves the Foundation and the Club deciding how much to contribute to the joint pool and then making the funding decisions based on an agreed setting of criteria and scoring of applications. The recipients are notified around June each yearend are invited to a Club meeting to speak on behalf of their organizations.
