Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) Committee (Youth Service Portfolio)

Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is an intensive training program for community youth leaders. Young people chosen for their leadership potential attend an all-expenses-paid weekend workshop to discuss leadership skills and to learn those skills through practice. The team promotes the program, receives applications from candidates, interviews candidates and provides the final selections. The team also provides transportation and chaperones successful candidates to the workshop. Workshop attendees are invited to report to the Club on their experiences at RYLA.
